Smiles all over for children at Courageous Kids Foundation after receiving donation of various items from generous partners of Jesus Mission from the United States of America.
Courageous Kids Foundation is an orphanage based in Chilobwe township in Blantyre. The orphanage takes care of 160 children including some who are in secondary schools and colleges.
Out of the 160 children, 60 reside at the orphanage whilst the other operate from their various homes.
Courageous Musasa who is the founder of the organisation thanked Jesus Mission for the donation.
“We are very grateful for the donation. It has come at a right time and it will go along way in helping improve the welfare of the children here at the orphanage. We thank Jesus Mission for such a kind gesture”, said Musasa.
Jesus Mission is working tirelessly with various orphanages in the quest to improve the welfare of children in the country. Apart from donation of assorted items and other activities, it also provides house rentals for the orphanage.
Inorder to attend to some other equally important tasks, Jesus Mission invited staff from Courageous Kids Foundation to its Mission house in Chilobwe to receive the donation for them to distribute to the children at the orphanage.
ChiIdren were very happy and grateful for the gifts. This was evidenced in the video clips and pictures that were taken when they were receiving the items.
Jesus Mission is thanking all partners for cooperation and love shown at all times. We are looking forward to continued support so that the Name of our Lord Jesus Christ should continue to be glorified.
